Where we ship
Thule Box offers free shipping to eligible delivery addresses within the United States. International shipping is not currently offered. Because roof boxes are oversized products, an address may require review before fulfillment can proceed.
What happens after checkout
- Order received. Fourthwall completes the hosted payment step and records the order.
- Order reviewed. The items, quantity, payment status and delivery information are checked for fulfillment.
- Fulfillment communication. Any required oversized-delivery details are communicated using the contact information supplied at checkout.
- Delivery. Inspect the package before installation and keep all packaging until the order has been checked.
We do not publish a fixed transit-time promise, name a courier, or guarantee a delivery date because those details have not been established for every order.
Address accuracy
Enter a complete, serviceable US delivery address and a phone number that can be used for order-related contact. Contact support promptly if you notice an address error. An address change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started.
When the package arrives
Inspect the carton and product before installation. If the shipment appears damaged, photograph the carton, shipping labels, protective materials and product. Do not install a damaged cargo box. Contact info@thulebox.shop with your order number and photographs.
